Background swap

I created this as a background using a texture stamped with versafine ink then sprayed over the top with Moonshadow Mystic Malachite. I was disappointed that only the walnut coloured part showed up on the scan. In real life there is a lovely green sheen over the whole piece. Hope everyone likes it in the swap. Bit of a change for me because I usually produce much more colourful backgrounds but it's good to have a change.

Hanging ATCs

This is idea number one for the theme of hanging ATCs. It's a prototype and there are a few adjustments to be made so I get to keep this hanging on my wall. I love the bright colours. This theme has really sparked my enthusiasm and I've lots more things to try out. Thanks Adrienne for the idea -I wouldn't have thought to hang them like this otherwise.

More beer mats

I have had some half finished beermats sitting around so I finished them off today.

Distress ink sprays

Used some distress ink refills diluted with water and sprayed a background. Should have scanned it before I cut a piece off to use though.

Gesso ATCs

This is for a swap using a choice of four shabby gesso techniques. I use the irresistible gesso technique. I stamped the background in black ink. I then splodged gesso on with a sponge over part of the paper. Then used adirondack inks sponged on the top to colour it. Thanks Adrienne for the techniques. Will get round to trying the others one day.
